Brian Furer is a 25-year Real Estate industry professional
with experience encompassing Sales, Mortgage, Brokerage Administration,
Apartment Community Management, Construction, and Development.
Born in Denver,
Colorado to a family of large-scale Denver developers, one could say Real
Estate is in Brian’s blood. After High School Brian served in the United States
Army Infantry in Germany and returned to earn a Degree in Business Management
and Marketing from the University of Colorado.
Brian then went to work for a Real Estate Development and Property
Management firm, starting at the bottom as a leasing agent and progressing to
Vice President within a few short years.
Next Brian shifted into Mortgage as a loan originator and later became
the Vice President of this firm as well.
Brian then entered
the Realty world as a licensee in Miami, Florida, and later returned to Colorado
with very edgy interior design and marketing knowledge in hand. The remainder of Brian’s Real Estate career
in Colorado, from 2005 to present, has encompassed many areas such as entry
level through luxury Real Estate, foreclosure investing, short sales, all forms
of commercial to include multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land
development, and even business brokerage.
Simultaneously Brian has owned construction companies, development
firms, and launched, grown, and sold multi-state Real Estate Brokerages.
Brian personally enjoys
flipping houses and building new construction which is not only a passion but a
creative outlet for his edgy design styles. He also enjoys performance cars and
racing, bodybuilding, cultural events, and world travel. When asked if he has
children, he smiles and says…. “My company is my baby”.
Today Brian Furer’s
focus is deploying his vast experience to benefit his clientele and their
pursuits in Residential & Commercial Real Estate.
